Spacious villa on a plot of 5,000 m2, integrated in an area with pines beside the Aroeira Golf Resort with its two 18-hole golf courses (par 72). It is only 4 km far from the best beaches around Lisbon. The villa offers much space and comfort for groups up to 10 people. The villa offers much facilities for children and adults such as: swimming pool, pool table, table tennis, table football, fitness accessories (rowing machine, treadmill, stationary bike), cycling. There are several terraces to sit outside and there is a barbecue available for nice outside dinners.

There is a television, dvd-player, a music system to play cds, radio. There are several recreational activities in the villa including a gym, a snooker / pool table and table tennis. There is room for 10 people in the living room and 10 people in the dining room. The fireplace can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. For the preparation of food, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle and a toaster. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The owner has provided sufficient cutlery, crockery, glassware, kitchenware and more.
