Villa Josafina is a very beautiful villa in an ideal location in the chic resort of Praia Del Rey. The villa is just 5 minutes walking to the clubhouse and first tee, a 5 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes walking to the tennis courts. The villa itself is tastefully decorated in neutral and earthy tones and is equipped with all modern conveniences.  Villa Josafina has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The wonderful heated swimming pool is a wonderful luxury. Pool heating is included in July and August.

Spacious living / dining room with comfortable cream-colored couches, a cozy fireplace, large plasma television and music system. Two large doors lead onto the terrace overlooking the pool. Bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom. Access to a balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom. This bedroom also has access to a balcony. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, both with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. All windows have electric shades.
