Franca is a large and spacious L-shaped villa with a central tower. It is within walking distance of the beautiful Centianes Beach and Carvoeiro town centre.The villa has comfortable sofas, attractive wooden furniture and interesting art. This is a perfect choice for family holidays and is considered particularly suitable for groups which include young children; in addition to the children’s playground, with swings, there is a Wendy House – built in the same style as the villa. The attractive, enclosed garden is full of plants and colourful flowers and there is a safe lawned area. Most of the bedrooms open onto the secluded pool terrace and a steep, winding staircase leads to the master bedroom on the first floor. The large kitchen is modern and equipped with an American style fridge freezer. The heatable pool and the tennis court are both floodlit and the barbeque area is particularly attractive.

Ground frloor: living/dining room. Large kitchen. 1 double with bathroom en-suite. 3 twins. 1 shower room. NB 1 twin & 1 double interconnect. 1 bathroom (bath & shower). Cloakroom.
First floor (accessed via a steep, winding staircase): Master suite with double bed, bathroom (bath & shower) & terrace.
Pool: the pool measures 10 x 5 m. and has a depth of 1.1 - 2 m. It is heatable at extr cost.
