This house is one of three houses in a row. It is in front of the other two houses, but each house is relatively private. There is an attractive shaded terrace which is accessible from the living room.
The property has two stories. Please note that the stairs leading to first floor is very steep, watch out with younger children (a stair fence is available). The interior is compact and decorated with traditional furniture, the cosy living room has a fireplace and there are electric heaters in the bedrooms for the cooler seasons. Arvela is only a few minutes’ drive from Guia and the beautiful beaches of Vale de Parra.

Ground floor: Kitchen with dining area, living room. Bedroom with double bed for children, only available during high season, bathroom with shower.
First floor: bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
