This modern, functional and beautifully furnished villa has uninterrupted views across the Atlantic. This is an excellent home for families who want to benefit from the excellent facilities of this coastal area, like the calm waters of the lagoon of Obidos and the long sandy beaches. The villa is located within walking distance from the sea and has been lovingly furnished and and is equipped with an excellent modern kitchen. It has an open dining and living room with doors opening onto the large terrace overlooking the ocean. At the rear of the house is a large outdoor terrace, and private swimming pool. In Foz do Arelho is a long sandy beach and at various places along the beach there are restaurants and cafes as well as various sports activities during the summer. Obidos, a charming old town with white houses decorated with bougainvillea can be found about 15 kilometers away. The historic cities of Batalha and Alcobaça are also easy to visit. Lisbon, the fascinating capital of Portugal, a vibrant city with culture, admirable architecture, cafes and modern facilities is approximately 55 minutes away. The Praia del Rey Golf resort can be reached within 20 minutes. This resort is rated as the 13th best Golfcourse in Europe by "Golf World".

Lower ground floor: bathroom with shower and spacious garage.
Ground floor: spacious living / dining room with table for 6 people, comfortable seating, television, dvd-player and a closed fireplace. Opening doors to the front of the terrace overlooking the sea. Two bedrooms with double bed and a separate bathroom with massage jets. Large bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto the outside where you have wonderful sea views. Two single pull out beds are available to accommodate up to 8 people. The bedrooms are spacious and certainly suitable for extra beds. Laundry. Modern kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel electric oven, hob, integrated microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and granite countertops. A door leads to the terrace by the pool. Here you will find a barbecue, table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining.
Garden: the garden has various trees, plants and shrubs. There are also a built in barbecue, quality garden furniture and sunbeds. The private pool is 9 x 5 m.
