The villa is tastefully decorated to the highest standard. There is a beautiful courtyard with green vegetation visible from the lounge. The room is white and very bright. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a private terrace, air conditioning and central heating. This is the perfect villa for holidays in any season.
Vilamoura is a special place, a unique leisure and recreation resort, overhere it seems summer all year round! Golf, tennis, horseback riding, fishing a casino, there is plenty to do in the area. There is a tourist marina nearby where you will find restaurants and hotels. The oldest of the 4 golf courses in Vilamoura is also one of the best in the country, the course enjoys an excellent reputation for its international recognized quality. On the daily market of Quarteira you will find fresh fish, various seafood, the market is the best market in the Algarve and only a 5 minutes drive from the villa.

Lower ground floor: Bedroom with two single beds and large window. Separate bathroom with shower.
Ground floor: Large open space with living room which features two large and comfortable sofas. Opening doors give access to a lovely covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for alfresco dining. Television room with sofas, satellite and dvd-player. Fully equipped kitchen with doors opening onto the dining room. Round table overlooking the garden and pool. Bedroom with double (king size) bed, bathroom and separate shower. Sliding doors lead to the garden. Laundry area. All bathrooms were renovated in 2004.
Upper floor: Leisure room with large sofas, stereo, fireplace and doors opening onto a terrace which runs around the house and from where you can enjoy stunning views on the garden and pool. Bedroom with two single beds with bathroom ensuite and doors opening onto a private balcony.
Double bedroom with adjoining bathroom and doors to the terrace. From here you can use a ladder to reach the swimming pool.
Garden: In addition to the covered terrace there is a private swimmingpool and a barbecue. The pool is located in the beautiful garden which offers a wealth of colorful flowers and shrubs.The large pool has a separate section for children. This section is 50 cm. deep. The pool has a toilet and shower.
