It stands on an elevated position overlooking the valley of Lima and (in the distance) the town of Viana do Castelo. The villa is comfortably furnished with carefully chosen furniture, which gives this property a beautiful ambiance. The living room opens onto a covered balcony and terrace overlooking the pool, with table and chairs. The villa is surrounded by a large stone wall and enjoys complete privacy, an ideal base for exploring the area and its natural wonders. Activities such as horseback riding, golf and tennis are available nearby. The nearby Roman town of Ponte de Lima offers a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Approximately 25 minutes drive from the attractive town of Viana do Castelo, famous for its winding streets and ancient monuments. The Cabedelo beach is often described as one of the finest in Portugal. Europe's largest park - the Peneda-Geres National Park is also within easy reach.

Outside: beautiful extensive colorful gardens and large lawns. Open and covered terraces. The pool is 12 meters long and 8 meters wide. The depth is 1.20 to 2 meters.
