This beautiful modern villa located on a privileged position, with stunning views over the Lima valley and the sea (at a distance). Very well equipped villa with lovely light rooms.

The interior is tastefully decorated in a relaxing yet elegant style. The villa is equipped with all modern facilities and each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, blender, etc.) and connects to the living room which has doors opening onto a large covered balcony which is ideal for al fresco dining. The well kept gardens and terraces offer guests many lovely nooks where they can sit outside and enjoy the spectacular views of the Minho countryside, with its beautiful Romanesque churches and historic buildings.

The villa is very easy to reach (only 50 minutes drive) from the Oporto International Airport and one hour and 15 minutes from Vigo (Spain - Airport) This villa is located in an absolutely central location: only 12 km from the ancient Roman town of Ponte de Lima (with several good restaurants, cafes, bars, outdoor theaters around the waters of the River Lima, a 18-hole golf course, riding stables and historic buildings) and 17 km from the beautiful historic old town of Viana do Castelo, famous for its ancient monuments, sandy beaches, promenades and bustling nightlife. Basic facilities such as a supermarket can be found within walking distance of the villa.

Additional services are available upon request, such as chief cook for traditional Portuguese cuisine, wine tasting courses, massage therapist, beautician, organized tours to nearby attractions, with stops in typical places and local olive oil and wine tasting, horse riding, golf, water sports etc.

Outside: Sun terrace and lawns. Covered barbecue perfect for al fresco dining. The private pool is 11 x 5 meters and the depth is from 0.80 to 1.6 meters. Private parking.
