Monte Maria Pratas is quietly located only a short distance from Lisbon and just minutes from the golf course Do Montado, renowned for its playability for both beginners and more experienced golfers. The villa is built in Portuguese style and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large private swimmingpool (11 x 6 m) surrounded by large terraces. The estate covers 10000 m2 of which 5000 m2 was planted ten years ago as an olive orchard.

Monte Maria Pratas was built for the owners themselves and therefore furnished with good quality intererieur. In the livingroom there is Canal Digital connection for Dutch television and there is a WI-FI internet connection.

On the first floor there is a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink and a terrace with views over farmland and the castle of Palmela.
