Electric gates give access to the 5,000 square meter garden. The 12.5 x 5.5 meters saltwater pool with power jet and massage jets is heated by solar energy and has a separate Jacuzzi. The villa has a cinema, gym, steam room, air-conditioning / heating, safe and an alarm system. Luxury, state-of-the-art facilities, the finest materials and latest technology has been used for this villa. Maid service (excluding weekends and holidays) for four mornings a week. .

Again, access to the barbecue terrace. Laundry room with built-in laundry baskets, washing machine and dryer (all Miele appliances).
Garden: large sitting area and dining table for 12 people. (Dedon furniture) Private pool.

• Master bedroom with flat screen television, sliding doors to the garden with swimming pool, an elegant dressing room with built-in safe and full bathroom, including bidet, separate shower and whirlpool.
• Second bedroom with double bed, flat screen television, sliding doors to the garden and a full en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, two sinks, toilet and bidet.
• Third bedroom with double bed, sliding doors to the garden and a full en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and bidet.
• Fourth bedroom has twin beds, sliding doors to the garden and a full en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet.
• All bathroom floors are heated.
• The studio downstairs has a separate entrance and here is a fifth bedroom with 2 double beds and an en-suite bathroom.
