Fazenda Unica  

This beautiful villa is a beautifully situated old mill. This building stands on a plot of 2.5 ha. The mill dates back from the 18th century and was recently restored and converted into a luxury vacation villa. Fazenda Unica is surrounded by eucalyptus trees. The villa is tastefully furnished and meet high standards. Among the mill flows a streamlet which they left there while renovating to keep the authentic feel. The new swimming pool is surrounded by a well-kept lawn. This lovely quiet location of this villa makes it the perfect base for anyone who wants to enjoy tranquility, luxury and nature.

Accommodation: 4 people (main building) + 2 (guesthouse), 2 bedroom (+ 1 bedroom guest house), 2 bathrooms (+ 1 bathroom guest house)
Ground floor: on the right side of the hall is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. A door leads to the delightful terrace overlooking the tiny riverstream. On the left side of the hall you will find a dining area with doors opening onto a stone terrace, ideal for long al fresco diners. A staircase leads to the living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The living room has a fireplace, satellite television, music system. The sliding doors from the bedroom lead to a small balcony that overlooks the garden.
First floor: A staircase from the hall takes you to the first floor. Here the bedrooms can be found. 1 bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. From the bedrooms you are overlooking the pool and the front of the garden. Heating is available out of season so it is a pleasure to stay at Fazenda Unica all year long.
Outside: beautifully landscaped garden with table and chairs to dine outside. A small poolhouse with shower and toilet. The private pool is surrounded by a wooden deck and sundeck. The dimensions of the pool: 11 x 4.5 m. Depth: 0.8 - 1.55 m.
Guest house: There is an independent guesthouse on the property which features a bathroom, a bedroom and private pool. You can use the main building (the mill) and the guesthouse separately. For 6 people you rent both the main villa and the guesthouse. Please note that if only one of the two buildings are rented, the other property can be rented seperatly to others. Both properties have a private pool. There are no shared facilities! Everything is private.

Fazenda Unica is not suitable for young children, there are dangerous unprotected areas on the estate.
