Villa: two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have doors opening onto the terrace and both have an attached bathroom with large walk-in shower. The bedrooms have a LCD television. The living room adjoins the kitchen which is equipped with all comforts. The living room has a couch (convertible) which may accommodate 2 extra people. The double doors lead to the pool and terrace, ideal for al fresco dinners. A staircase takes you to the roof terrace from where you can see the sea at a distance. This beautiful new building is the ideal location for people who do not wish to be dependent on a car.
