The concept of this beautiful building is based on aspects such as nature, ocean, perfect sun orientation, space and tranquility yet enjoying the amenities of the big city. This is the ideal place to enjoy nature and its environment. Take long walks or relax at the nearby beach. The lovely private garden offers plenty of space and is the perfect place for kids to have fun playing outdoors. There is a large terrace around the pool where you can sunbathe. The private pool is cleaned with salt instead of chlorine. The water itself is slightly salty. A covered pergola around the villa is attractively furnished with garden furniture and a dining area with wooden furniture and a barbecue for pleasant al fresco dinners.

Villa: living / dining room of 100 square meters. The large open space has an attractive fireplace, cable television and internet. The ultra modern kitchen with bar is perfect for a delicious breakfast and is a real eye-catcher. The villa has four bedrooms. A suite with double bed (190 x 200 m), a suite with double bed (150 x 200 m), a suite with two bunk beds (4 persons bedroom) and a bedroom with two single beds. They share a toilet. The suites each have a private bathroom. The bedrooms have doors opening onto the garden and pool. The entire villa is situated on the ground flour wich makes the villa suitable for disabled guests (wheelchair friendly!). There is central heating avaialble (at extra charge).
