Cassandra is a luxurious five bedroom villa with a well maintained garden and lovely private swimming pool. The villa lies at the 'Millionaires Row' at the Vale do milho resort, just minutes away from Carvoeiro centre and only 800 meters from the beatiful Centeanes beach. What makes this villa so unique is that it consists of two seperate wings that ensure prvacy. There are also spacious communal areas which makes this villa ideal for famlies or groups of friends who like to be together but enjoy their privacy at the same time. Both villas are complete and offer much luxury and comfort. The west- and east- wings are connected by a nice central dining room with seating for twelve persons. The villa is not only located at waslking distance from the beautiful Centeans beach, but also close to several restaurants.

Villa: the villa is very nicley decorated and meets high standards. Each bedrooms has its own bathroom. The most imporant living room has an entertainment unit consisting of a lcd television, dvd-player, video-player, Nintendo Wii with Wii SPorts. There is a small dvd-collection available, some videos and books. There is a computer area with broadband internet connection, webcam and laster printer. In a seperate dining area stands an elegant glass dining table and leather coaches and fire place can be found in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully equiped and modern. Bedroom with door to the backside of the villa and large wardrobe. The bathroom has an adjoining bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a sitting area and complete adjoining bathroom. The villa has a large varanda with seating. The other wing is as beautiful as the other. This wing also offers bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms and doors opening to the pool area. The main livingroom has an L-shaped livingroom with coach and chairs. There is an entertainment unit available with lcd-television, dvd-player, video-player, Sony Playstation 2 with games and a book, dvd and video collection. There is a seperate dining room wtih glass table and chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.
Outside: the villa is located on a plot of over 3200 square meters. There is a ample parking space (you can park a dozen of cars here!). A few parking lots are in the shade. Outside there is a large heateable swimming pool with barbecue area. There is also a patio with tables and charis. The pool area has an outdoor shower and toilet. The pool is surreounded by a lovely garden with a charming pathway. The central dining area in the garden offers seating for twelve people. The extended sunterrace on the roof has a nice shaded seathing area with sofa, table and chairs.
