Located on 15 acres with mature gardens. This splendid 17th century villa is situated in between the beautiful hills. The villa and the land surrounding offers much privacy. This Portuguese villa has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The interior still has the original features but offers all the comforts of today. Immediately after entering the villa you notice the character of the house with its beautiful tiles, high ceilings and doors opening onto the balcony. The living room is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and patio doors leading to the front, which makes this villa very bright. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The large garden with many different, interesting places, invites guests to relax in the shade or have long al fresco diners. The large pool is surrounded by a patio with plenty of sun loungers. The favorable location of the villa - just eight miles from the historic center of Ponte de Lima - is ideal. Here you will find several good restaurants, cafes, bars, outdoor theaters around the waterfront of the River Lima, an 18 hole golf course, horse riding, etc.

Ground floor: Large dining room. Doors to a lovely balcony with chairs and tables where you can enjoy the magnificent views. Large bedroom with bathroom en-suite and a separate living area with a sofa bed where an adult or two children can sleep. Double bedroom with doors opening onto a balcony. Adjoining bathroom with jacuzzi. Two bedrooms each with private shower room. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Utility room with washing machine.
Outside: Large sunny terraces, lawns and flower beds around the pool (12 x 6.5 meters). The depth is 0.85 to 1.80 meters. Diving board, outdoor shower, barbecue, dressing rooms, bathrooms and toilets by the pool, There is a games room with pool table. Tennis court at a higher level, with stunning views over the hills.
Guest house with 3 bedrooms where 6 people can stay. Each of these rooms have a bathroom ensuite with shower and private balcony. When only the main villa is booked, there will be no other guests in the guesthouse. You will enjoy complete privacy.
