Charming villa in northern Portugal near the picturesque village of Vilar de Mouros.

This property was once a farmhouse, set in a beautiful position on a small hill and within walking distance of the picturesque village of Vilar de Mouros with its Roman bridge. This villa has been beautifully restored and transformed into a very elegant and sophisticated property in accordance with the original tradition and character of the architecture of the region. The villa features wooden beams, antique stone walls and terracotta floors. The patio, with barbecue, is equipped for delicious al fresco dinners, but is also the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine. The villa has a spacious garden and a private pool. Caminha (8 km) is rich in history, with its beautiful 15th-and 16th-century buildings. Here you will find many attractions both cultural and gastronomic. The sandy beaches of Moledo (about 4 km from Caminha) are very popular with families during the summer months. Day trips to Spain are possible. A daily ferry connects the two banks of the River Minho. The excellent location of this villa will allow you to all the major historical and cultural centres in the unspoilt Minho region and many other charming villages to visit.

Outside: large green garden with various trees. Stone patio with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. Pool house with kitchenette and built-in barbecue. The private pool is 10 x 5.5 m and has a depth of 0.8 - 2 m. There is an outdoor shower.
