This modern and spacious 4 bedroom villa offers everything you need for a luxury holiday. It features a private pool, laptop with internet access, plasma television, sky satellite with full sports package, stereo and cd's, dvd players, movies, Playstation PS3 and games. There is a safe and air conditioning is available. Both upstairs bedrooms have private bathrooms and direct access through sliding doors onto a large balcony with tables and chairs. The downstairs bedroom is suitable for guests with limited mobility, it has a private bathroom with shower. Sliding doors give direct access to the terrace, pool and lovely green garden. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a plasma television and dvd players. Two hairdryers are available in the villa. Enjoy a nice breakfast or glass of Portugese wine at the balcony or sip a freshly made cappuccino from the espresso machine in the kitchen. Forget the household chores such as making your bed, there is a daily maid service included! The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a formal dining table in the open lounge, a separate breakfast table in the kitchen and an outside dining area. All furnitures in the house are new. The master bedroom is a haven for mom and dad after a day of sunbathing and swimming in the pool. There is a king-size bed, air conditioning and plenty of wardrobes. Your bathroom is completely filled with lots of goodies to pamper yourself. The living room is very bright and spacious with 3 sets of sliding doors that provide access to garden, terrace and pool. There is a 42 inch plasma television and a large comfortable sofa in the living. The villa is also regularly refilled with the little things, like tea, coffee, toilet paper. In the villa you will find shampoo, hand and toilet soaps, sunscreens, baby nappies, after sun lotion, first aid kit and even washing powder. As a bonus, all bedding, towels and bath towels are included. For the children there is a selection of toys and there is pool / garden toys to entertain them. Life jackets are provided for free of charge so you can relax while the children can enjoy the large swimming pool which can be heated (at extra cost). The large heated geometric shaped pool with integral steps is surrounded by a terrace. There is a barbecue, sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining during long summer evenings. The garden has a lawn and flowering shrubs. The entire site is fenced and safe for children.

Furthermore, the villa has central heating, air conditioning, gas fireplace and hairdryers. Outside there is a balcony, terrace, garden, pergola, sun beds, barbecue.
